The Upper Peninsula in Michigan has some of the prettiest autumn colors. This painting is is from a photo I snapped while visiting Tahquamenon Falls State Park, home to Michigan’s largest waterfall. There’s a series of waterfalls along the Tahquamenon River, which flows into Lake Superior, and this scene is at the bottom of the largest one.
