The Portuguese climate and mountainous soil make for great agricultural conditions. We passed by this farmer on a morning hike. Seeing him tending to his garden made me appreciate the art of growing organic produce. Do you like to garden? I wish I could grow my own vegetable garden, but I don’t get full sunshine in my yard, so I support the local farmers instead.
